Payments
Payment must be received before items can be despatched.
Delivery
All orders will be sent in secure and protective, 100% recyclable packaging. We aim to despatch your order within 1-2 days of receiving your order.
All orders will be sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48. Individual items worth over £25 will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 with Signature. You can upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24 for an extra cost. We are not responsible for any delays experienced once the package is with Royal Mail.
Returns
If you are unhappy with your order please get in touch with us before leaving feedback and we will be happy to help. No returns will be given due to the book cover not being the one you wanted. Returns can be returned to us within 30 days of ordering, customers are responsible for returns postage unless faulty.
